Richard Bienert (September 5, 1881 - February 2, 1949, both in Prague) was a Czechoslovakian politician. He served as Prime Minister of Czechoslovakia from January 19, 1945 to May 5, 1945, under the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. He also served in protectorate governments as minister of interior.
Bienert was named as successor of prime minister Jaroslav Krejčí and also as substitute for president Hácha. After the end of World War II, he was sentenced to three years in prison, was released prematurely in 1947, and died two years later.
